What we collect
- Quote / contact form data: name, company, email, phone, freight details (origin, destination, commodity, weight, pickup date), and anything you put in the message field.
- Driver application data: name, contact info, CDL class, years of experience, endorsements, MVR self-attestation, and (optional) resume file.
- Technical: IP address, referrer URL, landing page, and UTM tags from any marketing campaign that brought you to the site. Used only to understand what's working.
How we use it
- To respond to your quote, contact, or job application.
- To provide a service to you (move freight, hire you).
- To improve the website and our marketing.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information.
- We don't share it with third-party brokers, advertisers, or list-buyers.
- We don't run third-party ad pixels or trackers on this site.
Who sees it
Only NLE staff with a business reason: dispatch (for quotes), the owner (for hiring), and accounting (for invoicing customers we work with). That's it.
Retention
Quote leads + driver applications are retained as long as they're useful for the business relationship. Tax / compliance records are retained per IRS + FMCSA rules.
Your rights
You can request a copy of what we have on you, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements). Email dispatch@newlinkexpress.com.
